Bowen Therapy Services
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Bowen therapy services by Pavel Ihnát, operating under "Terapeutická praxe Pavel Ihnát" (Business ID: 75491893, Registration Number: 1009665677), located at Suttnerové 841/2, 160 00, Praha 6 - Vokovice, Czech Republic.
By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
We offer the following Bowen therapy services:
• Bowen therapy 60 minutes - 1,200 CZK
• Bowen therapy 75 minutes - 1,300 CZK
Services are provided at: PÁLA VÍZNER TENNIS, SUTTNEROVÉ 2, PRAHA 6
• Bowen therapy sessions: 1st floor
• Free parking available behind the barrier at the sports center
3. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
Online Booking:
• Book through our online system at www.supersaas.cz/schedule/PEDIplus/Online_rezervace
• Select your preferred service from the available options
• Choose date and time from available slots in the calendar
• You will receive email confirmation with appointment details
Phone Booking:
• Contact our assistant at 737 468 660
• Available for bookings when online calendar shows no suitable times
• Available for group bookings or special requirements
Booking Requirements:
• Full name and mobile phone number required
• Valid email address for confirmations
• Accurate health information relevant to treatment
4. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Standard Cancellation:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Contact us by phone or SMS/WhatsApp: 737 468 660
• No cancellation fee applies for timely cancellations
Short Notice Cancellation:
• For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice
• Must be made by 8:00 AM on the day of appointment
• Later cancellations will not be accepted
No-Show Fee:
• Unexcused appointments will incur a 500 CZK fee
• Invoice will be issued and must be paid electronically
• New appointments can only be booked after fee payment
• This policy is due to increasing number of unexcused absences
5. REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are not provided for completed services
• No-show fees are non-refundable
• In case of service dissatisfaction, please contact us to discuss possible solutions
• Refunds for prepaid services are available if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance
6. PAYMENT TERMS
• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash and electronic payments
• Prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK)
• No-show fees must be paid before rebooking
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Health Disclosure:
• Provide accurate health information relevant to treatment
• Inform us of any changes in health status
• Disclose any medications or medical conditions
Appointment Attendance:
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Follow cancellation procedures if unable to attend
• Respect our facilities and other clients
8. THERAPIST RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• Client provides false health information
• Client exhibits inappropriate behavior
• Treatment is contraindicated for health reasons
• Client fails to follow safety guidelines
Professional Standards:
• All treatments follow professional Bowen therapy protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
• Provide safe and hygienic treatment environment
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
• Bowen therapy is a complementary therapy, not medical treatment
• We do not diagnose medical conditions
• Clients should consult healthcare providers for medical concerns
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries
• Maximum liability limited to the cost of the session
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
• Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• Health information is kept confidential
• Data is used only for treatment and administrative purposes
